Use the private key prepared for you by a Chadence member. You do not need access to their account. A valid key opens only the messages and memories assigned to you, with date-protected Days That You Need Me messages staying locked until their opening date.
Treat a Digital Key like a private physical key. Do not post it publicly. Chadence does not request payment or identity documents to open this page.
If the Chadence member is no longer here and they assigned Key Guardians, contact a guardian first. Otherwise, email hellochadence@gmail.com to begin a secure recovery review. Chadence will explain the next steps, verify your identity, confirm that you are the intended recipient, and review the member's release instructions before providing replacement access. Never email identity documents or a Digital Key.
