WHY FAMILIES CAN TRUST CHADENCE

Some things are too precious to leave somewhere you do not trust.

Trust should be earned. Here is how Chadence protects what you entrust to it.

Chadence uses multiple layers of protection rather than relying on a single safeguard. Private content is stored using protected Cloudflare infrastructure, with secure HTTPS connections helping protect information as it travels between you and Chadence.

Files uploaded to Chadence are scanned through Cloudmersive for viruses, malware, ransomware, trojans, spyware, and other potential threats before they are accepted into protected storage.

Chadence uses Supabase for account authentication and protected member access. Payments are processed through Stripe, keeping sensitive payment processing with an established payment-security provider.

Protecting a memory also means reducing the risk of losing it.

Chadence uses automatic daily recovery backups for member information and active protected media. Recovery copies are stored separately from the primary Chadence storage, and additional independent copies can be maintained outside Cloudflare.

Recovery files are protected against deletion or overwriting for a defined retention period. Chadence has also completed backup-and-restore testing to verify that protected database records and media can be recovered successfully.

No responsible digital service can promise that information could never be lost. Chadence will not make that promise. Instead, we use layered security, protected storage, malware scanning, access controls, automatic backups, deletion protection, independent recovery copies, and tested restoration to reduce that risk—because what you entrust to Chadence may be precious beyond measure.
